Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Handyman to join our team as a Maintenance Technician for our fleet of field office trailers! In this role, you will perform residential and light commercial maintenance work that may include carpentry, light electrical repairs, plumbing, flooring, and installing new equipment.
You are hard-working, team player, self-starter, and dedicated to performing quality work in all that you do. Significant past experience as a professional maintenance worker is highly preferred and a positive attitude is a must!
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance, such as painting, replacing floor tiles, light fixtures, doors, windows and other items.
- Perform full refurb if necessary including siding, framing, pluming, electrical, wall panels, roofing, and insulation
- Repair/Maintain machines and equipment such as trailers and generators
- Ensures all trailers are ready and in good condition before delivery date, direct mobilization activities.
- Work directly with maintenance manager perform tasks efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a handyman / general maintenance.
- Must pass company drug testing and adhere to company policies
- Knowledge of job site safety rules and regulations (OSHA).
- Knowledge of methods, tools, and equipment used in carpentry.
- Must be qualified to perform at heights above thirty (15) feet with the use of a ladder.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs on a consistent basis
Compensation: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
